Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the on-site par-71 course measures 6672 yards and is best described as an inland links, offering stunning views of the sweeping landscapes, most notably the 18th hole, overlooking the towers of Siena.

Without taking too much away from the historical Tuscan architecture dating back to the 11th Century that the hotel is based in, La Bagnaia offers guests a modern authentically Tuscan holiday overlooking a beautiful landscape. Guests can dine in the onsite restaurant, La Voliera (which offers an a la carte menu that follows the styles of the local cuisine), the Alfresco Pool Bar during summer months and the Restaurant and Bar at Royal Golf La Bagnaia.

There are full spa and leisure facilities on-site, which can be used by hotel guests. There is an outdoor thermal pool with waterfalls and an indoor pool with whirlpool, as well as a gym, sauna, steam room and a range of treatment rooms.
