Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club
Milan & Lake Como, Italy
Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club overview
Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club was one of the first in Italy and was built to a very English design. This is due to the arrival of a man known as Mr. Wyatt. He was a wealthy Englishman who wanted to enjoy his inheritance by building a golf course and enjoy his favourite sport. In 1907, the club officially opened and started as a nine-hole layout before being later developed into a full 18-hole course.
Golf Course at Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club
The 18-hole, par 70 woodland course at Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is steeped in history. A lovely design that offers some beautiful views of Northern Italy. The course featured a redesign, with the English feel being changed to a more Italian one. One of the most talked about holes is an uphill par-4 that is one of the narrowest in golf. The range of excellent holes provides a truly enjoyable golfing experience.
