Dolce Chantilly hotel information
The tastefully decorated Dolce Chantilly is located in the forested Chantilly region of France known for horse racing and polo matches. Designed in the characteristic Ile-de-France style to reflect the character of the Chantilly region, the 4* hotel overlooks the forest and the golf course. It has recently been expanded and renovated and now offers 200 beautifully turned-out guest rooms.
If guests are looking for exquisite food and fine dining, then The Donatello Restaurant is the place. Modernised by the hotel’s new chef, Dorian Wicart, this is the first “bistronomic” restaurant in Oise. Each dish is carefully prepared using fresh ingredients, serving authentic à la carte dishes adapted to seasonal market produce. In the morning guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast at La Véranda and picturesque views of the winter garden which overlooks the golf course. During weekends the chef offers a medley of fresh simple dishes which are all prepared with a modern twist. For visitors seeking a more relaxed atmosphere, then we suggest the clubhouse bar and restaurant, The Swing. Guests can also enjoy a cocktail and light entertainment at the Donatello Piano Bar – the perfect place to unwind after a busy day on the golf course.
Extensive onsite leisure facilities include a heated outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and fitness centre. Various other sports can be played including, badminton, beach volleyball, boules, table tennis, basketball and tennis. Mountain bikes and jogging trails are also available.
Guests to Dolce Chantilly are also just a five-minute walk away from the famous Chateau de Chantilly, which is located in the same grounds as the hotel. This 14th century castle houses the largest private art collection in France, and houses the Musee Vivant du Cheval (Living Horse Museum) built by the Princes of Conde in the 18th century.
