- The golf course is a must play
& the staff were absolutely first class
The only issue was the transparency of the all inclusive deal, we booked 5:00
- 12pm however this changed to 11:00pm which did not go down very well with our group. The buffet food was averidge at best, but the al a carter was very nice ( additional cost) we were upgraded to a fantastic gills with pool but with no onsite supermarket we had a 30 euro trip to stock the fridge.
However when the hotel found out about our few issues, they invited me to a meeting with the hotel director to discuss our situation & to their credit they filled our fridges with beer & water, extended the AI from 11:00-12:00 and treated us to a full lunch on our final day.
Come on Golfbreaks, make it clear exactly what is included, I suggest you send an employee to review the Resort & facilities!!!!
Thank you to the hotel & all the staff for being so understanding.
