Mid Ocean Club A true golfer’s paradise, Mid Ocean Club rivals even the top golf courses in the world. It is renowned for its history (1951) and challenging layout, with the signature hole, the par-four 5th, known as "Cape," requiring a tee shot over the Atlantic's majestic waters. The course’s rolling fairways and undulating greens demand strategic play, with the ocean winds adding an extra layer of challenge.
Port Royal Golf Course As with Mid Ocean, Port Royal Golf Course offers a privileged setting overlooking the North Atlantic Ocean and is the most popular course on the island. Robert Trent Jones Snr built the course on high land and made full use of the natural topography at his disposal. The 16th hole, a daunting 230-yard par 3, is one of the most photographed holes in golf thanks to its dramatic clifftop tee box and green.
Tucker’s Point Golf Club Located on the northeast part of the island, adjacent to Mid Ocean, sits Tucker’s Point Golf Club – one of the more luxurious locations on the island. The course itself dates back to the 1930s, however, in 2002 the layout was redesigned by Roger Rulewich, who was tasked with maintaining the original charm. Sitting atop some of the highest points on the island, Tucker's Point offers sweeping views of Castle Harbour on one side and Harrington Sound on the other. Its fairways are narrow, its greens are tricky, and the natural hazards will test even the most precise of golfers.
Belmont Hills Golf Club Located more centrally sits the iconic Belmont Hills Golf Club. What was once a straightforward and flat layout has been transformed into one of the most exciting challenges on the island. A significant redesign by Algie Pulley brought Belmont more in keeping with the modern game, with rippled fairways, multi-tiered greens, and plenty of water hazards.
