Amazing staff but the hotel is a way out of town and the main restaurants at it were closed when we visited! It's a real shame as we had a nice room, great service and the golf was good.

This was my fourth stay in Dubai and my first stay at Dubai Intercontinental. I was very satisfied with the food, the range, ethnic diversity and quality was impressive, with the friendly and courteous manner of all the staff and in particular I would like to mention the helpful and l knowledgable gym instructor from Mumbai. Overall we were very happy and would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.

    But:
room service was once not made until 5 p.m. and room service people were ringing at little bit too often to ask if we need anything, once at 11 p.m.
