- On arrival we were informed that the golf course was closed due to the wet weather. Golf breaks had not informed us of this. The receptionist was very helpful and professional
as they were put in an awkward position. They informed us that the course had been closed for 6 weeks. According to your website it is up to us to keep up to date with any closures. We feel however that as a company you should keep us informed as a matter of politeness. The break was booked as a surprise for my husband as he is a keen golfer. He was very disappointed as this was the whole idea of the break!!!! If we had been informed we could have rearranged our dates but as we had already travelled we felt it a waste to go home.
