Watford I love golfing breaks
Everyone in our party thought the venue was excellent. The golf course was very good and very enjoyable. A great time had by all. The only thing that may put people off was the noise from Silverstone, this was constant but lucky for us the cars were not F1.

Bedford
The room we were in was small and the single beds very narrow and not particularly comfortable. We were on a golfing deal and I think were put in the budget rooms! Particularly as early in the morning people started noisy work right outside the window with no regard to guests sleeping. A limited menu but OK! Breakfast was a buffet but OK! All the staff were friendly. I can't comment on the spa facilities as we didn't use them. Nice to see drinks were not silly prices. Clean and tidy.

Overall a great break away. only real negative was the mess up on tee times (we had 11:20 originally on a Sat which got moved to 11:50 and 10:50 on Sunday which got moved to 12:50). The tee times meant we could only play 9 holes on the Sunday. Staff serving dinner were great and really helpful but the course steward and the bar staff were very unhelpful and down right lazy. Shame really as the venue, course and facilities were amazing for the price. If only they can sort out their service....
