Valle del Este

18 holes, 71 par, 5571 yards. Parkland.

Valle del Este opened in 2002 and was designed by José Canales, who integrated the course into the surrounding landscape by making use of natural vegetation. There is a good combination of very challenging holes, with other less strenuous holes. The raised tees are surrounded by volcanic rock making for a very surreal golfing experience. The wide fairways tempt the golfer into using the driver but with large sand bunkers as well as three lakes, the wrong shot will get you in trouble .

Aguilon Golf

18 holes, 71 par, 5573 yards. Moorland.

With over 100 bunkers, several lakes and ravines and a green on top of a wall, Aguilon is a beautiful but tricky course. With its beautiful scenery, this 70 par, 6,074 meters course really is one to remember.

Alboran Golf

The innovative design of this course invites golfers to challenge themselves. The 66 bunkers on the course are placed strategically and there are two large lakes tempting golfers into risky shots. Designed by Ramón Espinosa, one of Spain’s most prestigious golf architects, this championship standard offers a very enjoyable test.

Playa Serena offers an 18 hole Parkland Course

Playa Serena

18 holes, 72 par, 6301 yards. Parkland.

Just a short drive from the Almeria, Playa Serena golf club has excellent, newly renovated facilities. The clubhouse is a focal point but that’s not to take away from the mountainous views, various water features and large sloping greens that make for a pleasant walk even if you’re not playing your A game.

Located in a beautiful “desert” valley in the mountains of Vicar, La Envia Golf and Country Club is surrounded by mountains which protect the 18 hole golf course from both west and eastern winds, creating superb golfing conditions. Palm and mimosa trees, agaves and many indigenous shrubs line each of the 18 holes, creating a paradise feel. Bunkers and lakes will also exercise your accuracy, expertise and skill as a golfer.
