Golf Courses

Murrayshall offers the choice of two diverse golf courses set in awe-inspiring scenery.

Lynedoch Course (Murrayshall House Hotel & Golf Club)

Although much shorter, the Lynedoch still provides an exciting round of golf. Running through Scots Pine woodland and wildflower meadows the undulating fairways lead up to large testing greens. Water hazards and Bracken provide ample protection and will catch any errant golf balls.

Murrayshall Course (Murrayshall House Hotel & Golf Club)

The championship course lies on 350 acres of rolling parkland and was designed by Hamilton J. Stutt, the grandson of the great James Braid's chief foreman. With tree lined fairways and large white sand bunkers protecting expansive but tricky greens, accuracy is key to a good score.
