A beautiful hotel, 5star standard. Service is excellent, the staff cannot do enough for the guests. Dinner in the Great Western is very expensive but the food is of a high standard. we enjoyed the extras served throughout the meal.

A superb hotel which was let down by a poor evening meal in the Smith Brasserie and slow service in the restaurant at breakfast.
