The hotel is a reasonable standard, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant is limited to a Carvery an a basic menu however the opportunity to eat in the Claret Jug should be taken as there is more variety in the food.

fantastic positioning at the bar and outside area to watch incoming groups over their final holes. Food was very good and whilst slightly pricey, it is to be expected at such a place and it was great to see the bar stay open until the early hourss of the morning. The hotel spa/leisure facilities are excellent although the added offsite activities like the archery etc are basic at best and aimed completely at children which wasnt made clear
