    Keen golfer!
Really great staff and overall a very luxurious resort! Our only disappointment was the long wait at dinner and the shower in our room kept flicking between hot and cold.

we have done many golf breaks and this was certainly the best yet. The hotel, rooms and staff were wonderful. Two men on reception were very helpful and friendly, but in particular the one who stood out was the Browns restaurant manager. When we arrived the restaurant was fully booked but he managed to find us a table and fit us in, then checked all through our meal , through the rest of the evening and at breakfast the next morning that everything was ok. Always said hello whenever we walked past etc. and his staff serving with him on the Sunday night were also a credit to him.
Unfortunately the same can't be said for the golf lounge bar. There were numerous times when we asked for something and it didn't arrive. On the Monday we asked a waitress for menus that didn't arrive, then we asked her to book a table for the evening as we knew Browns were closed and we thought it may be busy and would need to book. She said she would bring her notepad to book it but didn't. We had to remind her again so she took note of it in her book then when we arrived the table hadn't been booked and we were lucky that there was enough room for them to pull two tables together and we waited while it was got ready. Previously while we had been having a pre dinner drink outside, while four drinks were ordered only three arrived and when we mentioned it when the three drinks arrived you would have thought the missing drink would have turned up straight away. Nearly half an hour passed before it came, without an apology! Eventually though the food and the rest of the evening were fine.
We will definitely return to this hotel though.

Service was brilliant we were very well looked after. The facilities were excellent too. Without doubt the best service we have ever received home or abroad in nearly 20 years of golf trips.
