The golf at Sueno Resort is world-class and set to hold major events in the not too distant future. Overlooked by the 5* hotel, these two 18-hole championship courses are some of the best in the area.
Pines Golf Course
18 holes, 72 par, 7015 yards. Parkland / Links.Designed by the famous golf course architects PGA Design Consulting, the par 72 Sueno Pines is the resorts signature course, and quite simply a golfers dream. Manicured fairways glide blissfully through heavily wooded surroundings, whilst numerous perfectly presented island greens await your approach. Certainly the more difficult of the two courses, the layout creates a challenge for the low handicapper golfer, and is definitely a potential candidate for the PGA European Tour.
Dunes Golf Course
18 holes, 69 par, 6713 yards. Parkland / Links. The Dunes course at Sueno Hotels Golf Resort is a must play when staying at the hotel. Well designed and set within similar surroundings as the Pines, the course cleverly uses the natural environment and will provide massive enjoyment. Although the par 69 layout is not long it is a great test including island greens, waste bunkers and picturesque coast scenery. A golf break at Sueno really should include both courses for variety and satisfaction.
