St. Mary's hotel is incorporated into an original 17th century stone farm house with beamed ceilings and a sophisticated extension. In the oldest part of the Country House you will find 24 luxury rooms, which have retained many of the original stone walls and fire places dating from when it was built. St Mary's offer a variety of the highest standard of cuisine in Wales. For a true dining experience Rafters Restaurant offers a first class, extensive a la carte menu with a choice of British and international cuisine cooked from the freshest ingredients and served by our friendly and experienced Restaurant staff. Breakfast is served in the conservatory and there's the lounge bar with its rustic beams and stone walls.
