Tralee Links Golf Course

Tralee Golf Club

18 holes, 71 par, 6877 yards. Links.

Arnold Palmer may have been commissioned in the early Eighties to design and construct the Golf Club at Tralee but centuries before that, nature created the cliffs, the dunes, the rugged terrain and the wild Atlantic ocean all of which combined together to make Tralee one of the worlds most scenic and spectacular true links Golf Clubs. Each hole on this unique course offers it's own special challenge and the treacherous traps and undulating greens all add up to make this a place you will want to tackle again and again.

Cashen Course - Ballybunion

18 holes, 72 par, 6216 yards. Links.

It has the ocean on one side and the river on the other to create an amazing setting for this stunning golf course. Each hole has its own character to keep golfers not only on their toes but thoroughly entertained throughout. The 10th and the 13th are the stand out holes that will take your breath away from tee to green. When you play this golf course, you'll need to take a minute to just take it all in as it is truly unforgettable.Rated in the top 100 by Golf Magazine, the Cashen Course is spectacular and supremely challenging – a course that could never be copied. Old Course - Ballybunion

18 holes, 71 par, 6593 yards. Links.

A name in golf that needs no introduction, this is a true seaside links golf course, located on the Shannon estuary. It encapsulates the surrounding landscape beautifully to make the golf course look as if there has been no man-made influence. Golfers are intimidated off the tee as they are greeted by undulating fairways lined by dunes covered in long grass. There is a huge amount of variation in the layout with golfers experiencing numerous stances and lies, which make iron play difficult.

Old Course

18 holes, 72 par, 6753 yards. Links.

The main championship links at Lahinch is justifiably proud of the reputation it has gathered as a stern challenge to even the most gifted of golfers. The notorious Klondyke par five 5th hole forces the golfer to play over an intimidating dune wall to a 'blind' green.

Castle Course

18 holes, 70 par, 5653 yards. Links.

A slightly easier test than the Old Course but it still represents its own challenge. The course features an array of cleverly positioned bunkers and numerous water hazards to swallow up any stray shots. It is an entertaining round that all handicappers will enjoy.
