- The staff was exceptionally good, friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The Spa was very good and its staff were outstanding.
The restaurants were OK but not outstanding. The menu in each case was somewhat limited but the food I chose was prepared very well at each meal. I was disappointed that each time I had a Gin and Tonic the Tonic was poured from a large bottle - which was inevitably somewhat flat as it was used for the second or third time.By contrast the one Mohito I tried was as good as I have had anywhere in the world. The wait staff were not familiar with the french wines on offer and most of them were not knowledgeable about the Moroccan wines - at the prices charged each of the restaurants should have had at least one person trained in the wines they offered.
