Boasted 6 bars/5 restaurants: one of each was open. Buffet food all week. Aware it's off-season, but even so.
For a Golf hotel not to be showing the US Masters is criminal. 2 good golf courses, that's about it.
Not the fault of the Staff, most of whom were attentive and polite.
Believe now Russian owned: certainly lot of Russian guests, reflected in the food etc.
Won't be returning, but might play the golf course(s).

I have traveled to Belek many times and have almost always stayed at the Sirene. When I first visited Belek, in 2003, there were only 4 golf courses and the Sirene was located conveniently to all of them. Now golfers have many more playing and accommodation options.

The Sirene is a Turkish 5 star hotel. Since my first visit the hotel has been refurbished. The rooms (at least the ones I have stayed in) are large, clean and comfortable; the staff are attentive and courteous; and the facilities excellent - there is even a 50M outdoor pool (in addition to an indoor pool and fitness center), kids pool and water slides.

Turkey is currently experiencing a fall in tourist numbers, but the all inclusive packages provide excellent value.

March is the shoulder season so not all the facilities at the hotel were open - the outdoor pool was closed and only one of the a la carte restaurants was open (in addition to the buffet).

The weather at the end of March was wonderful and the courses we played were in very good condition. Carya, as rthe home of the Turkish Open was, as you would expect, in excellent condition, but Sultan and Pasha were not far behind. As a 20 something handicapper, Sultan beats me up every time, but it is still one of my favourite courses, and all the golfers we talked to commented on it favourably.

I would definitely recommend Belek to golfers of all abilities. I will be back before too long.
