Due to the lack of guests a lot of the facilities were closed or opened occasionally. All the hotels in the area are short of guests.

Very poor experience this time around. Too many Trainees and not enough direction. Poor service as many staff did not speak or understand English. DINING room service was akin to Faulty Towers, waiting staff hadn't got a clue, they seemed over eager at times and letharhic at others. I did voice my concerns to the Manager who was understanding. As an all inclusive we did not expect to get charged for Fresh Orange at breakfast. This hotel was dissapointing and my group has said they would not return.

    Birmingham overall suitably impressed
It was obvious that the hotel was down on numbers and this reflected in the service and quality of drinks and food. 90% of the bar staff did not crack their faces once and it felt it was a chore for them to serve you. The majority of staff were trainees who had very little or no knowledge of what they were serving. However with the numbers being down there was no waiting in the restaurants or for sun loungers around the pool and beach area.
