Golf courses

The 18-hole par 72 Old course was originally designed by Dave Thomas and revamped by Seve Ballesteros. The Perry Dye New course is a longer par 72 18-hole golf course that offers more of a challenge with its undulating fairways and tighter holes.

The San Roque Old Course (The San Roque Club)

This long golf course was originally designed by Dave Thomas but has since had the bunkers redesigned by the legendary Seve Ballesteros. It played host to the Spanish Open in 2005 and was voted the number 10 golf course in Spain by Golf Digest Magazine. Its main features are tight, sloping fairways that demand straight, accurate driving to achieve a low score. Bunkers have been strategically placed and deceptive water hazards also threaten, but those who gamble may just get the rewards they were looking for.

18 Holes, Par 72, Yardage 7099. .

The San Roque New Course (The San Roque Club)

The newest edition to the resort has been made with both amateurs and professionals in mind, as there are five different tee positions on every hole. It will play host to the Spanish Open in 2006 and was designed by the renowned American, Perry Dye. With wider fairways than The Old Course, there is more room for error, but you'll only be rewarded if you use canny tactics and skilful positioning.

18 Holes, Par 72, Yardage 7244. .
