Available courses

Royal Dornoch - Championship Course

18 holes, 70 par, 6514 yards. Links.

The opening hole on the Championship golf course, a simple par 4, is no indication of the joy – and trouble – to come. It is not until golfers walk over the headlands to the third tee that they get a sense of this striking golf course. Tom Watson came here and said he'd had "the most fun I've ever had on a golf course" and he's played a few!

Royal Dornoch - Struie Course

18 holes, 69 par, 5438 yards. Links.

An easier test than its more renowned counterpart but just as beautiful, the Struie was extended in length by the introduction of five new holes in 2003. The improvements have made it a fine challenge for every level of golfer and a real joy to play.

Brora Golf Course

18 holes, 72 par, 6217 yards. Links.

In 1923 James Braid, five times Open Champion and a prolific designer of golf courses, visited the course and redesigned the 18 holes into a par 72, 6,217 yard layout which has stood the passing of time and remains a fair and challenging test of true links golf. Brora presents all the attributes of the Scottish seaside links, ensuring that you use every club in the bag.

Tain Golf Course

18 holes, 70 par, 6404 yards. Links.

Overlooking the Dornoch Firth, Tain arguably offers one of the best settings imaginable in the Highlands for a round of golf. With the sea on one side and the backdrop of the mountains behind, every day brings a different aspect to this challenging and beautiful course. Designed by 'Old' Tom Morris, the layout of holes guarantees an interesting round for beginners or experts.

Golspie Golf Course

18 holes, 68 par, 5890 yards. Heathland / Links.

Running from the edge of the village along the seashore to the Ferry Wood, the Golspie course offers an unusual contrast in golfing terrain, traversing from links to heathland, then to pasture on the holes alongside Ferry Road before reversing again to links turf over the closing 3 holes.
