What do I have to do?
All your golf club members are potential golf holiday customers - you have a captive audience. All you need to do is promote this and direct them to your website, where they will find your personalised button. This communication can be done face to face, through emails to members, posters on the club notice board and flyers in the pro shop. Golfbreaks.com can help you put together marketing material and will also supply you with monthly “hot deals/special offers” to promote to your members to stimulate sales.
It’s important to make your customers aware of the fact that when booking through you they will get access to exactly the same prices and special offers as if they were booking directly with Golfbreaks.com. Otherwise their perception may be that the cheapest prices and offers are only available when booking directly with Golfbreaks.com, when in fact there is no difference.
In order to capture business and incentivise your members to book through you and your co-branded site, you may want to consider offering an additional “booking incentive”.
This could be merchandise from the Pro Shop such as golf balls, or offer free range tokens, or pro shop vouchers. Alternatively, you could just offer lessons (a simple “swing check” all the way through to a full 30min lesson). The decision is yours, and we can tailor your button accordingly, as per the below example:

- Groups 9-16
- Groups 16+
Whatever incentive you choose should hopefully cost you very little and will provide your members with the incentive to always book their golf holidays through you. These incentives should also give you some good “up sell” and future sales opportunities.
