All you need to do is pay for your golf break with your MasterCard between 1st and 31st October 2010 to be in with a chance of winning this fantastic break.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our draw is open to MasterCard cardholders, who are 18 and over, and reside in the UK. No employees of MasterCard, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion are eligible to enter.
2. To enter, pay for your entire golf break with Golfbreaks.com with your MasterCard between 1st and 31st October 2010.
3. There is 1 prize in total. One entrant will be drawn at random and will win a 2 night break including breakfast, dinner and three rounds of golf on the Montgomerie, Roman Road and the Twenty Ten Course for 2 people
4. The draw will be made under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. All winners will be notified by 23rd November 2010.
5. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The prize cannot be sold or transferred in any manner.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
8. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
9. The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.

11. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
12. English Law applies and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
