Royal Norwich Golf Course

18 holes, 72 par, 6506 yards. Parkland.

Conveniently situated just three miles from Norwich city centre, this mature parkland championship course has provided a challenging test of golf since its founding in 1893. It has remained largely unchanged since James Braid lent his famous hand to it in 1924 and with a great drainage system in place, it remains in excellent condition throughout the year. At 6,508 yards, the course offers a stern and varied test to all with the greens in particular renowned for their tricky nature.

Sheringham Golf Course

18 holes, 70 par, 6456 yards. Clifftop.

This links golf course is exceptional and still very traditional in the modern day. It is ranked as one of the best golf courses in England and possesses some of the most memorable holes in golf. Sheringham Golf Club is extremely unique, with an old steam train line running through the golf course, not forgetting the cliff top tee shots and spectacular views. To score well round here, you require pinpoint accuracy and distance judgment, as well as controlling the golf ball in the strong winds. A standout links golf course.

3rd Green

Royal Cromer Golf Course

18 holes, 72 par, 6290 yards. Clifftop.

This is a cliff top golf course, towering above sea level by a huge 320 feet. This offers a completely unique experience to playing golf, with some tremendous holes along the way. The signature hole is the 14th, looking out over an operational lighthouse from a great height. But don’t be fooled by this holes beauty, as it is one of the most challenging holes on the golf course. Playing golf on a cliff edge, with fantastic views, testing holes and windy conditions, this is a must play on the Norwich City Golf Tour.

Weston Park Golf Course

18 holes, 72 par, 6351 yards. Parkland.

The golf course at Weston Park is naturally beautiful with many unique holes to play. It is situated reasonably close to Norwich City Centre, although the peaceful setting means you can feel well away from the busy and noisy atmosphere. Weston Park is set among many types of trees, offering pleasing views of natural wildlife throughout the round of golf. Many of the holes on this golf course require an accurate tee shot to score well, due to the tree-lined fairways and numerous bunkers.

Beautiful scenery on the golf course

Diss Golf Course

18 holes, 70 par, 6206 yards. Heathland.

Diss Golf Club is renowned for being a great condition golf course all year round. Although a parkland golf course, Diss offers something very different with elements of links, heath and fenland style features. With its small, quick greens, distance judgment and shot selection is essential to scoring well on this golf course. One of the most memorable holes at Diss Golf Club is the 13th hole, a 468 yard par 4. It incorporates many scenic features and the need to hit two great shots to reach the green in regulation.
