Felt like second class citizens, made to eat in a room behind the Claret jug bar for breakfast and evening meal whilst other golf groups ate in the Carrington grill restaurant.
Breakfast was set out at 8am and left there until 10.30 without being refreshed. Had to ask for jam, sauce, etc, coffee and tea served out of flasks - hardly a 4 star experience.
Room list was provided to golf breaks but was completely mixed up when we checked in. Luggage sent to wrong rooms, one guy didn't find his bag until 9pm !
Bar in Claret Jug was unorganised and the wait for food was horrendous.
Wont be coming back ! Not a patch on Worsley Park, Dalmahoy or Rudding Park.

The place is a great location hotel rooms ran down in our eyes, spa was ran down electronic switches hanging off in steam room. Course was great apart from being a washout on the first day and refusing buggies for two groups of our players. Shame really
