The Kendleshire

Designed by Adrian Stiff, The Kendleshire's original 18 holes opened for play in 1997 to widespread acclaim. Then, in 2002, Peter McEvoy added a further nine holes offering golfers increased variety. Whichever combination you play, the course provides an excellent challenge with water a prominent feature on all three nines. Listed by Golf World in 1998 as one of the top ten new courses in the British Isles, the longest combination of nines gives a 6,507 yard, par 70 layout. The Kendleshire is renowned for its high quality greens and a number of spectacular holes including the short 11th which features an island green.

Crown Course

Characterised by the 400-year old oak trees lining the fairways, this the elder of the two golf courses at Tracy Park is an ideal challenge and will astound golfers with its natural beauty. At 6,252-yards in length, the golf course is home to some unique hole that will require good precision and length in order to negotiate some of the more testing fairways.

Cromwell Course

The Cromwell golf course is a brilliant combination of natural defences, water hazards and bunkers make some of the greens on this fantastic golf course a true challenge to find. Along with this you’ll need a steady hand to face the 12th tee shot over a lake to find the green on the popular par-3. With greens and tees built to USGA specifications, the Cromwell Course will no doubt become a firm favourite in the area.

Mathern

The Mathern Golf Course makes for a truly enjoyable round of golf. Although shorter than The Old Course it presents a challenge for players of all abilities. With a great parkland design The Mathern is perfect for a quick game before leaving the hotel or as a warm-up to the Marriott St Pierre's more challenging golf course.

Measuring in at 5,732 yards, Marriott St Pierre re-modelled the Mathern Course in 2007 to better its design and condition. Now it is playing beautifully with the location adding to the enjoyment, with superb views over the Welsh countryside to admire as you make your way round the golf course.

The Old Course

The Old Course is a 6,756 yard par 72 golf course at Marriott St Pierre and is renowned as being one of the top golf courses in the world. Host to numerous European Tournaments, the golf course boasts winners such as Greg Norman and Seve Ballesteros.

Having been re-modelled in 2008, the golf course has far improved drainage and numerous minor alterations making it more interesting and a new challenge to those who have played it before, making Marriott St Pierre a great choice for a golf break.
