Alhaurin

18 holes, 72 par, 6801 yards. Parkland.

This superb golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is of international repute. It is situated in the Sierra de Mijas with stunning views of the mountains and beyond. Alhaurin is a challenging track that features lush greens and fairways set amongst the pine trees. Good golf course management and accuracy is needed if you're to avoid the trees, bunkers and water features. The undulating golf course is as testing a walk as it is a golf challenge so you might need a buggy if you're to keep your concentration up through the closing holes.

El Chaparral

18 holes, 72 par, 6600 yards. Upland / Hill.

El Chaparral is an 18 hole golf course which sweeps along the undulating coastline of Mijas Costa, approximately 20 minutes drive from Malaga. Spanish architect Pepe Gancedo who also created two other courses in the area designed this course to perfection.

The course and Clubhouse are unique on the Costa del Sol. Practically every hole overlooks the sea, and the nature of the terrain and hundreds of pine forests means that no two holes are alike. There are six par 3s, six par 4s and six par 5s and is a superb and challenging course to play.

Santana Golf

18 holes, 72 par, 6208 yards. Parkland.

This golf course is a majestic piece of design that encapsulates the site's original owner, an avocado farm. There is plenty of room off the tee as the fairways are wide and lead up to expansive greens. Two rivers surround the golf course, with a creek passing through to provide a tranquil and picturesque setting. The presence of avocado and orange trees gives this young golf course maturity beyond its years. Each hole provides a different challenge to the next making for an entertaining yet challenging round of golf every time.

Los Lagos

18 holes, 71 par, 6963 yards. Parkland with lakes.

As its name suggests, this Robert Trent Jones Snr. designed golf course uses water as a major feature and comes into play on nine holes. There is plenty of room off the tee as wide fairways and short rough are a constant throughout the 18 holes. It could be said that this golf course was designed for amateurs but, with a host of strategically placed bunkers and nine lakes, even the best golfers will need to focus if they're going to score well.

Los Olivos

18 holes, 70 par, 6386 yards. Woodland.

Also designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr, Los Olivos incorporates an abundance of trees to test the golfer. This fine track offers a different challenge to its sister course as it features narrow tree-lined fairways with smaller undulating greens. Well known for its great condition, this woodland layout compliments Los Lagos superbly well.
