    Maidenhead Happy keen golfer
I have given a 6 for accommodation as, having been the Organiser for a party of 9 ladies, I and my room sharer were given the worst room out of all. It was really cramped and ordinary, whereas one of the rooms two of my ladies were in was enormous with a wow factor. Another was full of charm with oak beams. I asked for a new room, but all rooms were booked out as the hotel was full. I had been shown rooms on an earlier visit but had no idea there were such different standards. This is a lovely hotel and well worth a visit, but ensure you request your standard of room because that spoilt the trip for me and my room sharer.

    Hereford 12 handicap
Really super golf break although it had rained and snowed for a few days before we went the course was still open
Only minus was we went told that on the Saturday , which was the day we arrived it was carry bags only had we known in advance ie a phone call text or website update we would have been better prepared.
Other than that couldn't fault it golf course is challenging even for 12 handicap accommodation was super as was food and service.
They even have snooker tables for the evening
Truly a good break I would recommend to any golfer

What a lovely part of the country, the course unfortunately was very wet but considering the weather we had the day before we travelled you expect it. We liked the course, quite tough hilly in places but enjoyed it and would go back. The venue was clean comfortable and the staff were the most attentive we have come across, this may be because it is a small and friendly hotel. More of these please.
