Standard Gift Pack Terms and Conditions

1. The gift pack will be sent to the address you have registered with Golfbreaks.com once the final balance of the break has been paid
2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is registered as we will not re-deliver packs
3. Although we will try our best, we cannot always guarantee that you will receive the gift pack before you travel
4. We cannot be held responsible for delay of delivery due to:
• Postal strikes
• Items lost in the post
• Un-foreseen circumstances out of our control
5. Unfortunately gift packs can only be sent to UK addresses

January Gift Pack Terms and Conditions

1. The January Golfers Gift Pack promotion only applies to new Golfbreaks.com bookings to the UK, Europe and Worldwide destinations made between 28th December 2011 and 28th February 2012, with a travel date during 2012
2. This gift pack is only available for listed group sizes, with a minimum group size of 8 golfers
3. If you qualify for the golf balls they will be sent to your registered address when the final balance of the break has been paid
4. If you qualify for the Today’s Golfer subscription the first issue will be sent to your registered address in March

Ireland TaylorMade Group Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion applies to group bookings of 4+ made during January or February 2012 to Ireland for travel any time in 2012
2. If the group size decreases below 4 before the date of travel, the promotion will be withdrawn
3. Bookings of 8 or more will only receive one club and they will qualify for the TaylorMade gift pack
4. There are a limited number of TaylorMade Rescue 11 available
5. To participate in the offer, simply make your booking in the usual way

7. The TaylorMade Rescue 11 will be sent to the address you have registered with Golfbreaks.com once the final balance of the break has been paid

Gift Vouchers

Terms and Conditions

1. Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for full or part payment of a golf break booked through Golfbreaks.com, or tee time booked through us, either by contacting:
• For golf breaks – 0800 279 7988 or email sales@golfbreaks.com
• For tee times – 0845 675 6004 or email enquiries@teeofftimes.co.uk
2. Gift vouchers can also be used for spa days or breaks on our sister website www.BookaSpa.com.
3. Gift vouchers may not be used directly at any of our hotels or golf courses
4. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for money, and may not be split over more than one booking
5. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on transactions that have already been processed by Golfbreaks.com, Teeofftimes.co.uk or BookaSpa.com
6. If the golf break or tee time purchased totals less than the value of the gift voucher, no refund whether monetary or gift voucher will be given. Nor can the credit balance be redeemed against subsequent bookings
7. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
8. Gift vouchers are not transferrable
9. On redemption, standard booking terms and conditions apply
10. If your gift vouchers are lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to invalidate the vouchers. If possible, we will reissue you with new gift vouchers, but this is not guaranteed
11. All gift vouchers will be delivered by email and will only be sent by post if specified during the purchase process
12. Postal vouchers will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class post. Please allow 7 days for delivery
13. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given as we will not re-deliver

Today's Golfer Promotion

1. In order to qualify for the annual Today’s Golfer magazine subscription you must purchase £150 of golf vouchers in one single transaction
2. The subscription will be fulfilled by Bauer Media directly and will start in March 2012
3. Cancellation of the voucher purchase will also result in the cancellation of the magazine subscription

Early Birdie Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. The Early Birdie promotion only applies to bookings made between 1st September 2011 and 28th October 2011. Travel dates must be on or after 1st January 2012
2. The offer is only available for the listed group sizes, with a minimum group size of 8 golfers
3. If the group size decreases before the date of travel, benefits decrease accordingly. (A group size of less than 8 by the time of travel will not be entitled to the Early Birdie benefits)
4. The offer applies to the total cost of the golf break, (excluding any extras) and can only be claimed by the group organiser
5. To participate in the offer, simply make your booking in the usual way
6. You must select the cash discount, Breakpoints or TaylorMade R11 Driver/Bushnell Tour V2 Rangefinder at the time of booking. You must be a member to claim Breakpoints. You can become a member for free – simply register online
7. If you choose Breakpoints, they will be credited to your account on the day you return from your golf break and can be redeemed against your next booking. See details of our Breakpoints rewards programme on our website

9. The R11 Driver or Tour V2 Rangefinder (depending on what you qualify for and select) will be sent to the address you have registered with Golfbreaks.com once the final balance of the break has been paid

1. To qualify for the prize draw you must complete the Tour Fit for Golf online health risk assessment by 6th May 2011
2. There is 1 prize of a place on the European Tour Fitness Institute Amateur Programme

4. The winner will be randomly selected from all entrants by an independent judge and notified by 9th May 2011
