- Eurotunnel confirmation with booking reference number
- Valid passport for each passenger
- Driving license
- Car insurance
- Car registration documents
The last three are not required by Eurotunnel, but French law requires you to carry these documents with you when driving.
Vehicles powered by LPG and dual-powered vehicles will not be accepted on Eurotunnel.
Please note: Please be aware that the Eurotunnel train on which you are booked is the train on which you should travel. There is a two hour "grace period" either side, during which you will be placed on the next available train (depending on space). If you arrive outside this period, Eurotunnel will make every effort to get you a crossing as soon as possible, although this may involve a considerable wait and/or an increase in price. We therefore strongly advise that, where possible, any changes to your travel arrangements are made with us as early as possible (preferably before the day of travel), so as to avoid any complications at the terminal.
