- Everything was great until we tried to check out of the hotel
We were given a bill for the whole of our stay. I explained that the hotel and golf had been prepaid via Golfbreaks.com. However my explanation was not accepted and a very embarrassing time was spent refusing to pay what we had already paid. Eventually the bill was corrected but only after three incorrect bills had been put in front of us and then only after I had made efforts to contact Golfbreaks. Very disappointing and unnecessary and spoiling what had been a great time.
Should the Hyatt challenge the above I have retained copies of the incorrect bills
