extremely poor service
- It was a very disappointing experience. The service was simply terrible, so poor. My party of 4 where totally bewildered by the service as were the 50 other golfers at the complex. Hardly any members of staff that spoke English, yes that's right, hardly any English. The evening meal felt like it was microwaved, breakfast ok, but the service in the bar and at the golf shop was awful. One person servicing who didn't speak English and was on his 2 day in the job with no management at all. 50 golfer one person serving on his 2nd day, everyone there could not believe how poorly staffed the bar / restaurant was and worse still when after waiting 15 minutes to get served the poor young man who spoke no English said "no chief"... Not a chief on site at lunch times!!?? 50 odd golfers and no hot lunch available to buy?? The lack of staff was a joke but this was also the case for the golf shop, the girls from the beauty parlor had to serve us to buy golf balls and sort out ONE buggy out and the girl that helped was also very new and couldn't even work the til. Then the next issue, no buggys, on a very long track with extremely long walk between each hole. The whole experience has left a sour taste in our mouths and we are all surprised that Golfbreaks would highly recommend such a shambolic set up.
