Golf at Hotel Guadalmina Spa & Golf Resort
Both courses at Guadalmina Golf Resort are renowed on the Costa del Sol as two of the finest in the Marbella area. The South course was designed by Javier Arana in 1959 and is the sterner test of the two, with tight tree-lined fairways and greens. The North couse, built in 1973 by Folco Nardi, features many water hazards through a more undaluated layout.
South Course, Guadalmina Club de Golf
18 holes, 72 par, 6683 yards. Links / Woodland.
This is the second oldest course on the coast and is a real test of accuracy. Many of the tees require precise placement on the fairway due to the private gardens surrounding the course. The 14th can challenge even the lowest handicappers as tall pines line the hole, with a strategically placed bunker in front of the green, waiting to swallow up anything short.

San Pedro de Alcantara (10kms from Puerto Banus and Marbella).
