We were very disappointed when we arrived as they did not have one of our rooms available. Eventually when we got the room it was 4 pm and we had a party to go to for 5 pm so were late.
When we checked the golf they also had one less player booked! This was sorted out for us.
It was also quite unusal in a 5 Star hotel not to have seating when we went to the bar as all seats had been taken.
We were overcharged for a treatment at the Spa when we did not have one!
I have asked the manager to contact me but as yet heard nothing!

I have been to many top courses and hotels and this stands out as the best. The golf course for November was in fantastic condition and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The greens were excellent as were the fairways. We were very lucky with the weather both days and the course was very quiet. Even with rain we would gave enjoyed the course.

The British Masters is being held here in 2016 and it it is easy to see why.
The hotel is exactly what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Not the cheapest break around but great value for money at this time of year.
