Golf de Wimereux is a traditional links golf course featuring charming seaside views, creating a testing game, particularly if the wind picks up. A superb friendly clubhouse is on offer to those wishing to sit on the terrace and overlook the golf course and the great views of the White Cliffs of Dover.
Wimereux (Golf de Wimereux)
Golf de Wimereux dates back to 1901 and is situated within the dunes of Ambleteuse. Wimereux is a traditional golf links beauty that was redesigned after the First World War by British architects Campbell and Hutchinson. The golf course is a stunning 6,726 yard, Par 72 with outstanding views out across the channel to the White Cliffs of Dover. This is a pedigree golf course which has hosted many international and regional tournaments in recent years.
Not only is the golf course of a high standard, the clubhouse offers a superb restaurant and bar compete with terrace of which you can sit and over look the golf course.
