Enjoyed the challenging course. Unfortunately the later we played in the day the slower the rounds became.

Built as a championship layout, not a resort course - probably not for rank hackers! Pity they have pulled the original tees on 17 and 18 - I guess there were too many balls on villa roofs!

Excellent range, very good short game and putting areas. Bunkers looked fine, but 'sand' was very thin and gritty - possibly the only way to stop it blowing away in the constant stiff breeze.

I think the time between players should be increased to a 10 minute gap as we did seem to wait for the 4 ball or whoever to move on. We did find ourselves waiting quite a lot.
