The staff at Forest of Arden are probably the most polite at any hotel I have stayed. Excellent service.

Having stayed here many times before we were delighted to see a 3 course served menu in place of the buffet. The quality of the food was significantly better as a result and avoided us over eating and up and down like yoyo's! Compliments to the hotel on this.
The Marriot staff were very attentive. Small touches made our experience a pleasant one and the staff were probably the most pleasant I have experienced and I stay in lots of hotels.
6 gents went to Marriott Forest of Arden on the 'Sunday Special' offer and quite frankly had one of the best weekends ever. The weather on the Sunday was outstanding. We got told on the Sunday night that we wouldn't be receiving our carvery meal and instead was being offered 3 courses off the al a carte menu which was superb. The staff were excellent and polite. We are now looking at booking our next trip very soon.
I'd thoroughly recommend the Forest of Arden venue - good accommodation, great facilities and the food was superb (we were expecting a carvery on the Saturday evening but ended up with a 3 course meal!).
Marriott hotels seem to have everything right, their customer service is second to none.
