From the impressive entrance, the imposing structure of Faithlegg House, originally built in the 1780's, looms large. Guests are greeted by a magnificent entrance hall and main reception area with an open fire, a high ceiling adorned with original plasterwork and a striking crystal chandelier. Faithlegg House Hotel opened for business in May of 1999 and stands in two main parts - the original house, comprising the reception, bars, restaurant and 14 master bedrooms and the new extension, which offers 68 luxurious guestrooms and conferencing facilities. Great care was taken to ensure that the new blends wonderfully with the old and this goal has been achieved with magnificent results. The lower floor of the original house now hosts the superbly equipped Estuary Fitness, Health and Beauty Club.
