Founded in 1973 and situated directly on the Baltic Sea, this course offers a unique maritime golfing experience. The 36-hole course - the only one in the state of Schleswig-Holstein - was designed by the renowned golf course architect Dr. Bernhard von Limburger.

North Course (Country Inn & Suites Hotel Timmendorfer Strand)
Golfers with handicaps beginning at 36.0 will relish the chance to play this hilly, 6323 m long course. Expansive fairways, framed by old trees, demand the golfer's full attention. The 3rd hole is particularly tricky, with a harmless-looking pond full of water lilies. The fast, rolling greens pose an additional challenge to even the most seasoned golfer. South Course (Country Inn & Suites Hotel Timmendorfer Strand)
Short but sweet and not to be underestimated. There are 11 par-3 holes and lots of bunkers surrounding the greens. An accurate swing is a must. The Oeverdieker See (lake) flanks the South Course. It is a hazard to be reckoned with beginning on the third hole. Nestled in the enchanting landscape this course is a crown jewel.
