Tidewater Course

18 holes, 72 par, 7078 yards. Parkland.

Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Cherry Grove inlet, Tidewater Golf Club will provide one of the finest playing experiences in Myrtle Beach with lush, perfectly manicured fairways, well-maintained bunkers and exceptional greens. Flowing with the natural contours of the land, the course challenges golfers with a range of elevation changes, carries over water and some tough landing areas off the tee. The most memorable holes have to be the signature par-3 12th over marshland, swiftly followed by the par-5 13th, a challenging hole that casts views over the ocean inlet that runs up the right-hand side of the fairway. Play at Tidewater and a fantastic round of golf awaits you.

If you’re looking for a challenging links style course set in beautiful surroundings, then Farmstead Golf Links could be for you. Designed by Willard Byrd on what was once a tobacco farm, the wide links-style fairways gently undulate through the land to create a collection of shot-making opportunities that reward superior play. Adding to the challenge are a number of water hazards and also the wind; be it a stiff or gentle breeze, miss the fairway and you will fall foul of the love grass. A great challenge for golfers of all skill levels, look out for the excellent par-3s.

River Hills Course

River Hills Golf & Country Club offers a high quality course, some great practice and dining experiences and top customer service. Designed by Tom Jackson, this lovely 18 hole course meanders through picturesque, heavily wooded and rolling terrain, bringing (as the name suggests) water into play on a number of beautiful holes. The surrounding hills mean visiting golfers can expect frequent 40-foot elevation changes and non-parallel fairways – definitely not for the faint hearted! Suitable for golfers of all standards, play at River Hills and you’re guaranteed an enjoyable round of golf.

Resort Course at Grande Dunes

18 holes, 72 par, 7618 yards. Parkland.

The spectacular 18-hole championship Resort Course at Grande Dunes has been gently sculpted out of naturally wooded landscape and set on high ground offering panoramic views over the Marina Inn Hotel at Grande Dunes, the Waterway and maritime forest. The Resort Course has been designed to integrate with the natural beauty and challenge of the surrounding environment, creating 18 individually unique holes. Using many elevation changes, wide Bermuda grass fairways and 34 acres of lakes, this parkland course is a real pleasure to play and one of the best in the Myrtle Beach area. Particularly memorable are the par-5 13th and par-3 14th holes; both stunning in layout and visual beauty, they use the surrounding natural water hazards to perfection and are golf holes to remember. Golf Magazine selected Grande Dunes as a ‘Top 10 You Can Play’ list in 2002 and Golf Week not only rated it as one of America’s Best ‘Top 100 Residential Golf Courses’ in 2005, but most recently in 2007 recognized Grande Dunes as a ‘Best Course You Can Play’.
