- BAD - minimalist approach to hotel rooms (not enough milk, no dressing gowns, one container of shampoo and shower gel). Two of the three beer pumps not operational. No salt and vinegar crisps but found two more bags after complaining. Food was about the worst we have had in a golf break: poor cheese selection, desert choice just ok, choice of main course poor and not particularly appetising. Had to wait 5 minutes for the Wine menu (apparently only one available). The point is that these are manageable issues but the impact on sales could be significant. This was a Saturday night, presumably one of the key nights of the week for sales. We would probably use your golf course next time but avoid the hotel.
GOOD - staff service was very good, trying to do their best when its obvious preventative management is the issue.
