The tastefully decorated Dolce Chantilly is located in the forested Chantilly region of France known for horse racing and polo matches. Designed in the characteristic Ile-de-France style to reflect the character of the Chantilly region, the 4* hotel overlooks the forest and the golf course. It has recently been expanded and renovated and now offers 200 beautifully turned-out guest rooms. Superb cuisine is on offer at a choice of restaurants. La Carmontelle, with its Michelin star, features the excellent French cuisine of award-winning chef Alain Montigny and L'Etoile offers elegant gourmet dining and daily lunch buffets overlooking the golf course. There are also a couple of bars: the friendly "Le Swing" located in the clubhouse and Donatello - a piano bar offering a wide selection of wines, cocktails and cigars. Extensive onsite leisure facilities include a heated outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and fitness centre. Various other sports can be played including, badminton, beach volleyball, boules, table tennis, basketball and tennis. Mountain bikes and jogging trails are also available. Guests to Dolce Chantilly are also just a five-minute walk away from the famous Chateau de Chantilly, which is located in the same grounds as the hotel. This 14th century castle houses the largest private art collection in France, and houses the Musee Vivant du Cheval (Living Horse Museum) built by the Princes of Conde in the 18th century.
