Travelling to Deauville

Deauville is easily accessible over sea on the channel crossing. You can also get the ferry from Portsmouth to Caen or even Portsmouth to Cherbourg and then drive down a couple hours from there.

Things to do in Deauville

There are some great views and places to visit such as the beautiful Calvados coast. If it is history you are interested in then make a visit to where the D-Day landings took place in 1944 and see the remaining bunkers and the military cemeteries.
