Value for money, the all inclusive hotel was brilliant.
The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. Any issues (very few) or queries were dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. Made bookings, arranged taxis and ammended reservations which was a de-stressor. Made to feel like VIP's !
Traditional Portuguese, nice.
Staff at the hotel were all first rate, exceptionally friendly and helpful. A pleasure to stay at this hotel. Nearly all staff were there last year also which was reassuring.
We stayed at the Alvor Praia which was beautiful.
Although it is a very large hotel the staff do an excellent job.
