There is a fantastic selection of golf courses to play, from beautiful parkland on the outskirts of the city to magical links on the coast just south of the city. Cardiff Golf Club is one of the flagship golf courses in the area, as well as the two courses at Cottrell Park Resort. You can also play some classic links golf through the dunes of Royal Porthcawl or Southerndown Golf Club. There are also some terrific resort courses in the area including The Vale Resort, full of water features and great condition. If you want to experience golfing heritage, why not play the Twenty Ten course at Celtic Manor Resort, where Europe took on the USA in the 2010 Ryder Cup.
