La Envía Golf

18 holes, 70 par, 6263 yards

Located in a beautiful “desert” valley in the mountains of Vicar, La Envia Golf and Country Club is surrounded by mountains which protect the 18 hole golf course from both west and eastern winds, creating superb golfing conditions. Palm and mimosa trees, agaves and many indigenous shrubs line each of the 18 holes, creating a paradise feel. Bunkers and lakes will also exercise your accuracy, expertise and skill as a golfer.

Almerimar 1

18 holes, 72 par, 6148 yards. Parkland.

A Gary Player designed course that was opened in 1967, it features well maintained wide fairways and large greens. Huge water hazards come into play on at least five holes including the 12th which has a carry of over 100 yards to the green. Player worked alongside the experienced Ron Kirby and the course is unmistakably American in style and will test golfers of all levels.

Almerimar 2

9 holes, 72 par, 2879 yards

Almerimar Golf Course is the only course with 27 holes in the province of Almeria.The fantastic play opportunities that this golf course possess allows golfers to experience the 9 hole course along with the benefit of having superb practice areas and chipping greens. This part of the golf course has stunning tree lined fairways and beautiful water features making the course not only visually pleasing but also a fantastic challenge for all abilities of golfer.

Alboran Golf

The innovative design of this course invites golfers to challenge themselves. The 66 bunkers on the course are placed strategically and there are two large lakes tempting golfers into risky shots. Designed by Ramón Espinosa, one of Spain’s most prestigious golf architects, this championship standard offers a very enjoyable test.

Playa Serena

18 holes, 72 par, 6301 yards. Parkland.

Just a short drive from the Almeria, Playa Serena golf club has excellent, newly renovated facilities. The clubhouse is a focal point but that’s not to take away from the mountainous views, various water features and large sloping greens that make for a pleasant walk even if you’re not playing your A game.
